Using other website analysis tools, we found that we where missing relevance. They gave us “page views” while we where looking for information like “do we reach our target audience”, “what are the most relevant trends” and, most importantly, “how can we make business from our website”.
Taking a closer look at the underlying technology opened a whole range of possibilities. It just seemed that no one had looked at this with marketing or sales experience before.
So we decided to do just that: take marketing and sales topics and build the technology to get relevant information from website analysis.
I think we've built a pretty good tool so far. Especially talking to customers has proven extremely valuable. I am convinced that this is the way to continue.
